General terms and conditions of the sale. 

These general conditions of supply apply to every order, unless otherwise specified in the description of the product or products that the customer is preparing to purchase on our e-commerce. The completion of the order implies the full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. 


Prices 

The prices indicated on our website are expressed in EURO and inclusive of taxes, unless once again, otherwise specified. Delivery costs are always charged to depending on customer,situation and living area and are added to the after the completion of the order in the amount and measure specified for the individual products, unless otherwise stated. Tecknoservice.net reserves the right to change prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices indicated on the site at the time the order is placed. If a wrong and / or manifestly negligible price is displayed, for any reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error), the order will be canceled, even in the case of initial validation. 


Orders and availability 

Orders and product availability are always to be considered valid based on their availability on our e-commerce portal, except for errors (computer bug, manual error, technical error). If the ordered product is available at the time of the order, but not in stock due to quantity update problems, Tecnkoservice undertakes to contact the Customer within 3 days of receiving the order, informing him of the exact delivery times. In the event that the unavailability of the product is final, Tecknoservice undertakes to cancel the order and return the amount, if already paid by the customer in advance. Tecknoservice takes importance to refund as soon as possible and in any case no later than 15 days from receipt. 


Payment 

The accepted forms of payment are:

• If the purchase is collected directly in the store, it is also possible to pay on delivery in cash, credit card or debit card.


Shipping fees 

The cost of shipping will be calculated and included in the completion of the order, except for promotions or if otherwise specified, and always charged depending on the customer/location/item as previously mentioned. The goods are shipped on behalf and at the total risk of the buyer. To protect against economic losses, the Customer must carefully check the integrity of the package and accept it with written reservation countersigned by the courier in case of doubts. Only in this way will the Customer be able to allow Tecknoservice to proceed with the complaint and refund when possible. If the Customer does not carry out this integrity check, Tecknoservice will not be able to do anything to protect the Customer from economic loss. If the courier refuses to record the incident, you can refuse the package, requesting the return to the sender (us) for damaged goods and giving us immediate notice. It is possible to request that the delivery of the ordered goods be made to an address other than the billing address. The request for delivery to another address can only be made at the same time as the order, and must also be reported on the order confirmation. Tecknoservice is never responsible for incorrect and / or incomplete addresses, the customer is required to check throughly, and possibly communicate promptly and never after the time of booking the shipment and at the departure of the same, any errors in entering the address.


Order fulfillment.

We will take care of processing orders as soon as possible. The timing for the fulfillment of an order varies primarily according to the type of payment chosen. With payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed the day following the credit. Returns and returns-for-repair or replacement. The return of the goods, in all cases, must first be expressly authorized by Tecknoservice. The return can be requested for incorrect item, repair (or replacement) under warranty, or for repair out of warranty. The return request for wrong order or wrong supply must be sent no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods. The return request following an incorrect order will result in the refund of the amount paid minus the shipping costs and a penalty of 20% unless otherwise agreed. The customer must send the goods to be returned to the address that will be communicated, clearly indicating on the package the date and time of our authorization email. The equipment must be sent at the customer's expense, otherwise the reception center will not collect it. It is important that the equipment is packaged with the utmost care, taking all necessary precautions to avoid damage during transport. In case of return for repair out of warranty, the cost estimate for the repair will be communicated to the customer if different from those shown on the website www.tecknoservice.net. Non-acceptance of the estimate will in any case result in a charge of Euro 25.00 plus VAT, for management and diagnosis costs, unless otherwise specified. . 


Right of withdrawal 

The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. It is sufficient to send a simple e-mail within 14 working days from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal is governed by the laws in force. The right of withdrawal will be perfected and completed only upon receipt by Tecknoservice of the returned product (s) and having ascertained the normal functionality and integrity of the same. 


Who has no right of withdrawal 

The consumer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal if he buys for purposes related to his business or professional activity, that is, where he had purchased with a VAT number, with the relative issue of an invoice. 


Cancellation of an order 

The customer can cancel the order by simply communicating it by e-mail to ordini@akinformatica.it, as long as it has not yet been processed. 


Warranty 

Our company has implemented and applies the "European Guarantee of Conformity" towards the "Consumer" (End User), which provides coverage for 24 months, on new and sealed products, from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects and any non-conformities found on the purchased product. 

The "Commercial Guarantee" offered by the manufacturer, unless otherwise indicated, is 12 months. The guarantee does not cover products that are tampered with, repaired by third parties or used not in accordance with the conditions of use envisaged. For Refurbished, used and / or remanufactured products, the warranty is 3 months unless otherwise indicated.


Responsibility. 

With the order, the Buyer assumes responsibility for compliance with the law and safety regulations relating to the use of the products purchased. Therefore, any liability of the Supplier for any and all direct or indirect damage caused to people or things caused by the improper use of the products supplied is excluded. Under no circumstances can the Supplier be held responsible, even indirectly, for the failure or insufficient functioning of the products and / or for consequential damage.
